Evol Corp HQ
The name "Evol Corp" is derived from two sources,
actually. The first is from the Sega light-gun game Virtua Cop. On the
expert level you start outside of the gang headquarters which probably
never would have been suspected of any wrong doing if it weren't for the
fact that in front of the building is a large sign proclaiming "Evol Corp."
My friend Taylor and I decided that this was possibly the dumbest move
a bad guy could ever make and from that point onward anything that is just
slightly out of wack in the world is either developed or produced by the
Evol Corp.
The other contribution to the Evol Corp name
is from reversing the word "Evol" to "Love." There is a universal rule
that all women are evil (I can back this up), so I call all of my friends
who happen to be female "evil." Jen(n), one of my bestest friends in this
corner of the galaxy, exceeds in being evil, a fact of which she admits
to proudly. I set her up with an e-mail account a while back and she began
signing her name "Evol, Jen" and stating that it is a code. I honestly
had no idea what she was talking about because I am dumb as a brick...a
fact that she reminded me of when she explained that
I
was supposed to flip the word "Evol" around. Evol = Evil + Love, etc. I
think I get it now, but I'm not 100% certain.
The Evol Corporation is great because it takes
the blame for everything wrong in the world and yet, in some form or another,
we enjoy most of those things which are wrong. It's evil, but ya' can't
help but like it.

About
You Die Joe, Inc.'s Construction
You Die Joe, Inc. : The Web Page is a joint
effort by my friend Jay and I to see how close we can get to insanity without
actually becoming insane. It was designed using three various shareware
and commercial web page designers, HTML writers, and JAVA scripts as well
as the extremely useful Netscape Navigator 4.02.
The idea behind my web page, the Evol Corporation,
is simple: I wanted to set up a place for my friends to hang as long as
they are close to a computer. That is why many of the items within these
pages will make the average user go, "Huh?" or, at the very least , force
them to scratch.
