Gunnm, or Battle Angel to us here in the US,
is probably one of the most underrated anime pictures ever put onto tape.
Released by a very young A.D. Vision, Battle Angel gained phenomanol underground
success, but never hit it big on the main strem anime scene...this also
happened in Japan, which decided Gunnm's fate by not producing anymore
episodes.
Battle Angel is by far the best thing that
ever came forth from A.D. Vision, and it is certainly on my list of all
time favorites. Cool character design, slick action, a touch of romance,
and enough intrigue to make you want to rush out and start reading the
manga.
